you know that feeling when something just fits? that’s how I feel about my career as a makeup artist.

i have always enjoyed the creative arts; with a background in dance, drama and photography. the world of beauty and glamour is where I feel at home.

i previously studied at the canberra institute of technology (c.i.t) achieving a bachelor of design, majoring in photography – which defiantly helps with creating that ‘picture perfect’ look.

in 2008 i completed a diploma in makeup at the canberra makeup academy, since graduating I have built a professional and successful freelance makeup business. the work i have been focusing on ranges from weddings to commercial work and a numerous photographic work.

i now work for canberra makeup academy as an instructor, which is another type of satisfaction, helping and inspiring students is very rewarding. along-side this I have over a years experience working retail makeup at napoleon perdis.
